The flat is in Croydon, just an 8–10 minute walk from East Croydon Station, with excellent transport links. Being on the ground floor, the flat also benefits from access to a patio area.

Addiscombe is a 10-minute walk with a good range of shops

Close to East Croydon and Boxpark, offering plenty of food options

About me:
I’m a professional working locally, in the office 2 days a week and working from home 3 days a week (not from the communal areas). I’m sociable but also value a calm, respectful home.

Clean, tidy and respectful

A Monday–Friday or part-time arrangement is essential
