Double room in large house

Double room close to East Croydon Station (8 minute walk or 1 tram stop). This is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom Victorian house, with a back yard (BBQ) and and a second living area, currently set up as a work out room (rowing machine, stepper, and little hand weights), but these can be removed and changed into something else, there is a room set up for guests to use.

You would be sharing the space with just me, I'd love someone to move in and make it their home (happy for the current set up to be changed) I'm sociable and relaxed, would welcome your visitors if you wanted people over in the weekend etc.

I have a double room with a bed and desk in it, drawers could be arranged.

The first 2 months would be a casual arrangement while we sort out the lease with the landlord, who are currently about to tidy the place up, paint, deep clean etc, then deposit and official agreements would be in place. The current rent would be £750 plus bills,.

There's a washing machine, dryer and little air fryer. I'd love you to come and meet me and see the place, you can make your mark on it.

I love food, wine, yoga, movie's, a good mini series binge, socialising and travel. I'm a bit of a chatty Kiwi who is generally relaxed about stuff but house proud, I want to whip this place into shape and if you want input I'd be delighted.
