Double room with king size bed

Hi looking for a professional in full-time work or education during the day. Not suitable for for working from home. Non smoker , no loud talking on the phone. Must be clean and tidy. Kitchen is for heating up foods. You will have use of a microwave, airfryer, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer and a washing machine. 1 washed a week free. Any extra washing will be changed £6. I also provide bedding and large 50"t. v. in your room. You also have access to a living room with a table and chairs to eat your meals and a lounge area to study or watch t. v
