Looking for a friendly, respectful flatmate to share my bright, top-floor, new-build apartment. Sunlight fills the space, and everything is brand new—including appliances. A built-in double wardrobe and the bed adjusts between single and king-size for your preference. Desk, chair, bedside table, additional storage is provided.

We’ll share a bathroom with a shower (no bath), and there’s a large shared garden perfect for summer BBQs.

Bonus: The tram is just a 1-minute walk away and gets you to East Croydon in 5 minutes—super convenient for commuting!

I’m looking for someone tidy and respectful of each other’s space. I’m not great with noise early in the morning, so ideally someone who isn’t a very early riser, or who’s mindful of keeping things quiet in the mornings.

Working from home or the office is absolutely fine, no strict rules around the house apart from treating it like our home.

A bit about me: I mostly work from home, love spending time outdoors, evening movies and, overall, chilled vibes! I don't have any pets currently, but considering a cat soon :)
