King Size En-Suite Room | East Croydon

Looking for a down-to-earth woman to move into a king-size en-suite room in a central East Croydon apartment (literally 1 minute walk from the train station). On the ground floor facing the communal gardens and access to the rooftop terrace upstairs! Perfect for a professional who wants an easy commute, a comfortable home, and a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.

The room is super spacious, bright, and comes with its own en-suite and two huge built in wardrobes giving you plenty of space to make it your own. The shared area is already furnished so there will be no need to worry about any huge DIY projects!

You’d be living with me (Billi) 27, I work remotely as an EA. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me hosting the occasional BBQ when the sun’s or dinner party if it’s colder. Music-wise, the playlist is all over the place in the best way possible — from Amapiano and R&B to pretty much anything with a good vibe. I like Reformer Pilates to keep me active and sometimes even a sauna and cold plunge!

This is very much a home rather than just a flatshare, so I’m looking for someone who is:
Easy-going and genuinely kind
Tidy and respectful of shared spaces
Good-natured with a sense of humour
Independent but happy to have a chat and a laugh
A free-spirited, positive person who brings good energy

Bills are typically around £175 + council tax (keep in mind we’ll need a little bit of leeway in the colder months) and a cleaner every two weeks to get a hold of the big bits!
