Self contained living area - LGBT+ ideal.

I am letting the downstairs of my two bedroom maisonette. It has a shower and toilet, built in wardrobes and a double bedroom with storage space. All bills are included.

There is a lovely shared patio garden, living room and kitchen. The kitchen and living room are fully furnished and I'm happy to share my utensils/equipment.
I am very sociable so ideally would like someone that is friendly and outgoing.
I have a kitten who is only four months old so still a bit shy.

Unfortunately I cannot have men staying over night at the property but outside of that, over night visitors are welcome.
