The downstairs includes a separate lounge/TV room, a large well equipped kitchen and a large and currently unkempt garden. Fast WiFi, washing machine, gas central heating etc etc

The rooms could do with a spring clean and are therefore priced at a discount to rooms of a similar size and location.

I'm looking for a mature and responsible lodger as I am typically overseas for months at a time.

The garden is large but currently rather wildso someone interested in gardening would be a big help. This is definitely not a party house and the existing lodgers upstairs are rarely seen.
