Large double en-suite loft - short let

Large double en-suite shower room in top of three story house in East Croydon available.

The 600 per month includes all bills - wifi, gas, elec, council tax, water, tv lisence etc.

Ideal short let! Our last few tenants have needed flexible short lets while they have been buying their first properties in the area and this has been an ideal arrangement for us, as we are flexible on the length of stay.

To share with a very easy going and chilled out British professional couple (43 & 37) Tim is a full time mature student, and Jo works full time in PR for a private bank in central London but is now on maternity leave. We also have a well behaved - usually - 3 year old little girl, Matilda and a 6 month old boy called Jack. We also have two cats.

The house is aranged over three floors with a large, newly done kitchen diner and separate lounge. There is also a lovely little garden with brick shed. There are three bedrooms and a main bathroom on the first floor, which is used by us, and you would have your own floor, which is the converted loft room on the top floor, with its own en-suite.

The house is 4/5 minutes walk max from East Croydon station, with regular direct links to London Bridge (12 mins) and Victoria (14 mins).

The house is semi detached, with no noise from neighbours and at the top of the house, it is really very quiet - so ideal for someone looking to get away from it all.

As a young family, we tend to stay in most evenings when the little ones go to bed, but we do tend to go away a lot at the weekend, and
away to the grandparents houses during the week. We are a tidy family who like to keep the house in nice condition.
