The chest of drawers, bedside table, and table with two chairs are mine so I would sell them for £60 the whole pack. If you have your own furniture that's fine, I can empty the room for you.
About the house
There is a garden, kitchen with all appliances (including dishwasher), bathroom, wc, living room, dining room, and a spare room to do exercise or anything you like.
You would be sharing with a couple and a guy, all professionals in their mid/late 20s.
The house is 7 mins walk from East Croydon Station, with local shops and gym just a step away.
