Large double room in a quiet road very near shops and transport links.. The house is walking distance from East Croydon (20 mins) and 3 stops by tram.

The furniture includes, double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe. There is no sofa or armchair, however, room is large enough to accommodate either.
Floor is wooden - (pine) floor boards.

There is no shared living area in the house, renting is on room only basis, but room is very large and comfortable.

I am also willing to rent this room from Monday to Friday only at a reduced rate of £400 monthly if a five day let is preferable,

Room is available from 23rd July. 2024. Most bills are included in the rental cost.
