Room to rent....

I have a huge 14ft sq room to rent with a shared kitchen and bathroom. It is a fully fitted kitchen that comes with a dishwasher, washing machine/dryer etc. The bathroom has a double shower and a sunk in bath.
The room is fully furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and small sofa. It is also on a separate split level.
The price includes all bills and I have super fast BT Infinity broadband

I would prefer a female who is responsible, kind, considerate and cleans up after themselves.
