Hi I have a nice light double room to rent in my flat available mid October...perfect for anyone commuting to Victoria , London bridge or Gatwick as East Croydon Station is 5-10 min walk from here plus good transport links by Tram.
would also suit anyone who just wants room during the week rent adjusted accordingly.
there is use of washing machine & kitchen if you like to cook ! there is also internet & private parking space.
I am friendly & enjoy a chat but if you prefer your privacy & staying in your room thats cool too...I do have an elderly cat but she won't bother you she sleeps most of the time !
I also have lovely Friends who visit from time to time one of whom lodged here happily for several years. I have Family connections with Australia so any Aussies always welcome !
