My flatmate is sadly moving abroad for work, so I've got a room becoming available from beginning of November.

3rd floor two-bedroom flat (with lift access and 2nd floor access via footbridge)
Large shared open plan kitchen living space
Modern kitchen appliances, solid oak dining table and sofas
Double doors access to small balcony overlooking courtyard
Shared spacious bathroom
Private gated parking nearby for a monthly fee (not used so unsure of details)
Rent £500pcm + bills (council tax, electricity, water, broadband)
No gas, all electric. Well insulated so heating bills should be very low.
Currently paying approx £580-600 each into joint account every month to cover everything.
Security deposit will be required with landlords (amount tbc when sorting the lease)
