The house is located 7 minutes walk from East Croydon rail station and 15-20 minutes from West Croydon station. East Croydon station has exceptional transport connections, with trains running very frequently into Clapham Junction, Victoria and London Bridge. The journey to Victoria takes less approx 20 minutes whereas London Bridge is 15 minutes away.

There are plenty of local amenities (Waitrose, Co-Op, Sainsbury) nearby as are the shops of central Croydon around and about the Whitgift Shopping Center.

The room itself comes either furnished or unfurnished (upon request) and there is ample space for more furniture within it.

The house is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, sky tv, wifi as well as extra storage space.

You will be sharing with an easygoing and hardworking professional in his 30s.

The rent is £475 a month, deposit is also £475 and bills are usually around £110 per month.

Couples accepted, but the rent and bills would be split 3 ways.

The property is on a one way street so the surroundings are very calm, plenty of parking sport (requiring a permit or fee to be paid) and the pub "the oval" often has music nights during the week which are a good laugh.
