The house is close to Old Town and commercial centre and gym (Virgin Active) and is at 12-minute walking distance to East Croydon station with frequent trains to London Victoria and London Bridge (within 20 minutes).
Shared facilities include: living room, dining room, kitchen, and toilet/bathroom.
I’m looking for a clean and tidy professional to share the house. Students also considered. No DSS, no couple pls.
The rent is £500/month, inclusive of all bills (Virgin media broadband, council tax, water, etc.). One month deposit is required.
You'll be sharing the house with an easy-going couple from Cambodia and China. We enjoy watching movies as well as playing badminton.
