This is a modern new build flat on the 1st floor that is decorated and furnished to a high standard. The building has a secure entrance, lift and use of communal gardens.

You'd be sharing with a 31 year old professional female teacher. The flat has an open plan kitchen/diner/lounge with a balcony. It has a washing machine and dishwasher. The double room is a good size with a double bed, bedside tables and a large built in mirrored wardrobe. You'd also have use of the bathroom as my room has an en suite.

I work hard during the week and enjoy seeing family and friends on the weekend. I am looking for a professional housemate who wants to create a homely atmosphere. Somewhere quiet and relaxing. It's a beautiful flat but fairly compact in the kitchen/lounge area so I'm looking to get along well with my housemate and be able to enjoy the occasional drink or bit of TV together.
