I have a furnished double bedroom that have recently become available in this lovely Victorian house which is a 13-minute walk from East Croydon mainline train station and walking distance to Croydon shopping centre. There are also nearby regular bus and tram links. The house is situated down a quiet tree-lined residential road within walking distance of a local shopping parade.

This is a very homely home where everyone (young working professionals) is very chilled and get on well, so if you are someone who wants your own quiet space in a chilled environment with the option of also making some nice friends to socialise with this house would be a great fit for you. It isnt a party house but some of the housemates do go for drinks/dinner or have BBQ's together etc. We have a house whatsapp group chat for both social and quick property maintenance support.

There is a private driveway for free parking. Communal kitchen, WC, shower room, bathroom, garden and lounge/dining room.

All bills are included plus washer/dryer, regular cleaner and Virgin Broadband.

Please note that we require 1-months rent as a deposit which is stored securely with a government deposit protection scheme. There are no fees or bills on top and no check out fee.
