There are also nearby regular bus and tram links. The house is situated down a quiet tree-lined residential road within walking distance of a local shopping parade.

This is a homely home where everyone (young working professionals) are very chilled and get on well, so if you are someone who wants your own quiet space in a chilled environment with the option of also connecting with housemates this house would be a great fit for you.

There is a private driveway for free parking. Communal kitchen, WC, shower room, bathroom, garden and lounge/dining room.

All bills are included plus washer/dryer, regular cleaner and Virgin Broadband.
