Also easy access to London Overground routes via Norwood Junction and West Croydon.
Bills included, including 60mb internet and weekly cleaner for public areas, excellent local shops and amenities. Looking for a person who is friendly but respectful of other housemates.

Kitchen well equipped includes plenty of work space, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, 5 burner gas hob, and 2 ovens. Utility room with washing machine. Wired smoke alarms and CO alarms. Being a live in landlord means I am on hand to fix problems when they arise, no need to call agents and wait ages.
I have a friendly, quiet and generally well behaved cat.
Not suitable for disabled (i. e. no wheelchair access), no DSS, no smokers, no agents
