At the top of Outram Road is Sandilands tram stop which is 2 stops away from East Croydon station with its fast links to London Bridge and London Victoria. You can also walk to East Croydon station which should take about 15 minutes. All utilities and council tax are included in the rent which also includes fast broadband.

We are looking for a single professional to come share the house with the other residents. We prefer long term residents who are looking to settle down in the neighbourhood.
