The house is in a very quiet area, considering how close to town/station/tram stop it is.

24 hour trains from London to East Croydon.
Trains direct to London (Bridge, Victoria, Blackfriars, Farringdon) take 10 to 25mins (also direct to - Gatwick/Brighton/Kings Cross/St Panc).
24 hour buses to East Croydon from London.
Trams ― Into Croydon, East Croydon Station, 2 min walk to nearest tram stop.
Trams also out to Wimbledon in the West and Beckenham Junction in the East.
Direct bus to Heathrow.

We are friendly, but also aware that each other needs personal space.

The Landlord is 'LIVE-IN' - I can't change the Info in the account profile. This benefits any resolution of politics between housemates, and repairs getting done fast, as it affects me too.

Parking -
There is 'on street parking' available within a paid parking scheme by the council, there would be an extra charge for this via the council. There is always a parking space within 30 seconds walk away from the front door - usually right outside the front door.

I do have references from past tenants 10/10, if you want to see them. The average tenant has stayed in this property for an average of almost 4 years each (a few over 6 years). Mostly only leaving if there is a change in their relationship status or employment status (geographically). Which I think goes to show that it's a good property with a good landlord, who gets any problems (household repairs or politics between tenants) fixed with speed and consideration to your schedule.
