The house itself has a large kitchen and a large garden to enjoy. At the top of the road is Sandilands tram stop which is 2 stops away from East Croydon station with its fast links to London Bridge and London Victoria. You can also walk to East Croydon station which should take about 15 minutes. All utilities and council tax are included in the rent which also includes fast broadband.

I am looking for a single, quiet and clean professional person to come share the house with the other tenants. We all respect each other's peace and privacy and so would expect the same from others.
