Two large double rooms are available in a clean and quiet 4-bedroom end terrace house in the lovely neighbourhood of Addiscombe, conveniently located close to Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Co-op, Domino’s, bus stops, and other local amenities.
Both rooms are fully furnished with good quality furniture.
Room 1 includes a double bed and mattress, double wardrobe with mirror, chest of drawers, table, and chair.
Room 2 includes a double bed and mattress, double wardrobe with mirror, table and chair, two chest of drawers, side table, and a couch.

The house offers a large kitchen with plenty of storage and a dining area on the ground floor, shared between only 3 people.
The bathroom on the first floor is also shared with just 3 people.
Current housemates are South Asians, and the home is ideal for someone who is quiet, clean, and tidy.

We are preferably looking for someone who does not work from home more than 2 days a week and preferably someone who does not cook red meat or seafood.

The rooms are for single occupancy only, so couples or room sharing will not be considered.
A rent discount may be available for someone who works 5 days outside the home and/or does not cook.
