Both rooms are fully furnished with good quality Furnitures.
Bathroom in first floor has to be shared between just 3 people.
Large kitchen with plenty of storage & dining area are in ground floor & shared between 3 people.

Current house mates are south Asians.
Prefer someone who doesn’t work from home- atleast not for more than 2 days a week.
someone who doesn’t cook red meat and sea food.

Rooms are for single occupancy only - couples or 2 persons can’t share the room.
