Both rooms are fully furnished with good quality furniture.
Room 1 includes a double bed and mattress, double wardrobe with mirror, chest of drawers, table, and chair.
Room 2 includes a double bed and mattress, double wardrobe with mirror, table and chair, two chest of drawers, side table, and a couch.

The house offers a large kitchen with plenty of storage and a dining area on the ground floor, shared between only 3 people.
The bathroom on the first floor is also shared with just 3 people.
The home is ideal for someone who is quiet, clean, and tidy.

We are preferably looking for someone who works/study & work full time and preferably someone who does not cook red meat or seafood.

The rooms are for single occupancy only, so couples or room sharing will not be considered.
A rent discount may be available for someone who works 5 days outside the home and/or does not cook.
