We are a calm houseshare of busy, polite, 27-38 year old professionals (1 female and 2 single mature men). We respect your privacy, and are non fuss household to get along with. House has three floors. Your bedroom is on the ground floor. Living on the middle floor is a medical receptionist and civil servant, and in the roofroom a professional care manager. They're easygoing and very clean. Mainly just keep to themselves quietly on their own floor, sharing the kitchen with cleanliness. You'll share the bathroom only with just two very respectful people, the guy and girl (other guy has his own ensuite).

The bedroom is average sized for a single person and well equipped - eg double bed, two chest of drawers. You have your own TV inside your room. Bedroom also has frosted privacy windows, central heating, lockable own door. Underbed storage space available. Additional storage in the house available too, which previous lodgers have found useful.

Clean kitchen, relaxed/calm lounge, fibre WiFi, large American-style large fridge freezer, washing machine and dryer too. ALL bills are included. Property has a small but nice garden.

Location is fantastic; it really is 3-4 mins walk from: Boxpark, East Croydon rail/bus/tram, Sainsburys, Waitrose, 24hr gyms and 7 min walk to Whitgift Shopping Centre/town centre.
