I'm easy going, clean up after myself, happy to share a drink/have a chat or respect if you just want to chill on your own after work. Looking for someone tidy, chilled and want somewhere peaceful to come home to.

Opposite a nice peaceful park, and shopping 3 min walk to sainsbury and East Croydon station. And a few mins walk to boxpark and less than 10 to other restaurants/takeaway places and the high street and market.

Quiet (faces inner courtyard, no road traffic) and well soundproofed so great for sleeping, underfloor heating, hyperoptic internet, good storage and desk in bedroom. The apartment complex has a building manager/concierge 5 days a week.



Non smokers and females only.

Gatwick Airport, London bridge and Victoria station all within 15 minutes by train with frequent train some running all night.

Parking is usually available (can be rented from a resident) at an extra cost in secure car park below.

Close to several gyms. Nice park across the road- great for tennis/ runs/chilling.
