Ideally looking for someone that needs a crash pad during the week for work. There is a patio out the back of the annex which is very private and perfect for relaxing in the summer. The property has beautiful walking routes through woods nearby and it close to the Surrey hills. Waterloo station is 45 mins, Guildford 15 mins and Wimbledon 30 mins by train from Horsley station. Price may be negotiable depending on expected length of stay. No smoking or pets.
