Description
The annex is a garage conversion attached to my home, but completely self contained with your own front door. There is a small walled area outside the door to hang washing.
It is situated in a quiet, peaceful setting with lovely country walks, but close to local amenities, including shops, post office, library, restaurants, cafes, pubs. Walking distance to the station (10/15 mins). Also walking distance to a hotel with a small gym and a pool with membership available. Suitable for a single professional, working normal working hours and non smoking
( including vaping).
No pets.
The annex has a sower room, kitchenette- with fridge small freezer, induction hob and microwave. Desk , wardrobe, storage, table and chair and TV. There is option to use the washing machine in my house.
The annex is a conversion completed to a high specification, there are no opening windows , but bits of light comes in from window panes of the non opening garage door and the front door is a stable door so can be opened partially like a window.
All bills are included. There is an option to have the annexe cleaned by my cleaners too fortnightly.
I am quite house proud and work from home so the drive way is used through out the day, it would therefor only be suited to someone that works away form the home normal working hours rather than shifts especially if you have a car.
Last Tennant was with me for over 3 years and has been very happy he’s only moving for a job and relocating to Oxford.
I would also consider full time lets at £675 p. cm including bills .
If you are renting Monday to Friday you can leave your belongings over the weekend.
