House has large entrance hall, large modern kitchen, large lounge, large dining room, Dedicated laundry/utility room. Large modern bathroom with bath. Large bright conservatory. Beautifully maintained garden with tropical plants, ponds, and various seating areas. An oasis of calm. Vegetable patch/greenhouse. Parking in driveway. At the quiet end of a quiet cul-de-sac. 20 mins walk to Esher Train Station (Waterloo in 23 mins), 15 mins walk to Thames Ditton Station (Waterloo in 35 mins). 15 mins walk to the coffee shops/bars/restaurants in the lovely neighbourhood of Hampton Court, the Palace itself, and Bushy Park. 2 (men’s) bicycles available for use. Car occasionally available for use. Storage space available in loft. Additional large fridge/freezer in utility room.

Myself, I am super chill, and obsessively clean/tidy. I go away travelling in winter, December-April, and work away a lot during the rest of the time. Probably in the country for less than 6 months of the year in total. And while in UK, I work 8-5 mon-fri.
