Person is a non smoker/vaper.
Current residents are non-veg, however, we do not eat/cook beef in the house so ideally that is also respected.

Wifi is included with the rent. An additional £150pcm will be required on top of rent for utilities (electricity/water/gas) & council tax (band E).
