We have a Large Double room available in a spacious 3 bedroom flat, 1 minute from Hampton Court train station and very close to the river and local bars and restaurants.

We are looking for someone who is friendly and sociable to share our home with (and maybe a beer or two).

The room is recently decorated, and has a large wardrobe, cupboard and luxury double bed.

The flat has vires of the River Thames and Hampton Court Palace. Hampton Court train station is 20 seconds walk away connecting you to London Waterloo and Central London in approximately 30 minutes. Local shops, bars and restaurants are just around the corner, and Kingston upon Thames is a 5 minute drive by car or on the bus.

All bills, including council tax, are included in the rent.
