Double River View Room in East Molesey

We recently moved into this lovely flat and are looking for a housemate to move into the spare double room.

The property has three bedrooms, one of which we use as a shared study. It also has a large bathroom with a bath and shower, a spacious shared living room and a kitchen
We also have access to a shared outdoor swimming pool, tennis court, communal garden, and BBQ area. There is free parking out on the road opposite, and within the complex, there is visitor parking available.

We are a 5–10-minute walk from Hampton Court Station; there is a night bus back via Kingston if you miss the last train! There are some lovely restaurants and pubs along the small high street and a short walk to the river and Hampton Court Palace.

The spare double room overlooks a view of the River Mole. It is furnished (double bed, wardrobe and bedside tables) but you can add what you like!

We are a fun and easy going professional couple, We work a mixture of at home (about 3 days per week) and in the office. Some of our hobbies include eating out, travelling, running, cars and cooking!
