Hi! I’m looking for a respectful, clean, and friendly housemate to share a two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment that I’ve recently had an offer accepted on.

I’m moving out of London to Hampton Court for slightly cheaper rent, a bit more space, and a quieter pace of life, while still being well connected. I’m hoping to find someone who is easygoing, considerate, and enjoys keeping a tidy home.

I really like being friends with the person I live with, so I’m looking for someone who’s happy to be social, whether that’s the occasional chat, shared dinner, or just having a comfortable, positive home environment together, while of course respecting each other’s space.
