The room is furnished and you do get an extra room for storage

£1030 all bills inc except wifi.

We are a property guardian company, so you will be living in the property under a monthly licence agreement. This means that your notice period is a minimum of 28 days.

We prefer working professionals, only 21 and over– no children or pets are allowed in the building.

We will require the following documentation from you:

• 3 months’ previous bank statements OR
• 3 months’ previous pay slips
• A copy of your passport OR photo ID
• A character or employment reference
• Valid DBS certificate

We require the following payments from you to secure a room:

• 1 month rent upfront
• 1 month deposit

If you are not in full time employment with a permanent contract, we may request that you provide a guarantor.
