We have a Large Double room available in a spacious 3 bedroom flat, 1 min from Hampton Court station, the river and local bars/restaurants.

We are looking for someone who is friendly and sociable to share our home with (and maybe a beer or two).

The room is recently decorated has a large wardrobe, cupboard and a luxury double bed.

The flat has views of the River Thames and Hampton Court Palace. Hampton Court Train station is 20 seconds walk away connecting you to London Waterloo in approximately 30 minutes. Village shops, bars and restaurants are just around the corner and Kingston is 5 mins drive by car or bus.

All bills are included in the rent(including council tax).
