OR Monday to Friday Let (& not including Weekends) = £125 per week.

Located approx. 10-15 min. walk to Hampton Court Train Station. (Or, a 5 min. bus ride (Bus No. 411) to Hampton Court Train Station, & also to Kingston-Upon-Thames. & Bus Stop is at the end of my road).

(& Approx. 30 mins. train journey from Hampton Court Train Station to Waterloo, or 17 mins. from Surbiton Station to Waterloo).

Someone who is definitely a "Non-Smoker". & Also, someone who is clean & tidy + considerate & responsible.

& Preferably someone who goes out to work during the daytime - for example, someone who works up in Central London.
