Clean & tidy Lodger wanted

Hi,

I am looking for a clean & tidy + considerate Lodger to rent my spare Double Bedroom to, in my beautiful detached Victorian House.

(ps. It would suit someone who wants to come home to a peaceful + clean & tidy house).

& You will be sharing with only 1 person.

My detached Victorian house is situated in a quiet 'no-through' Road, on the Boundaries of East & West Molesey. (Postcode = KT8). Zone 7.

There is a Bus Stop at the end of my quiet road (eg. on the Walton Road) = Bus No.411 which takes 5 mins. to Hampton Court Train Station, & then travels onwards to Kingston-upon-Thames. (However, on a good day (weatherwise) it is a 10-15 min. walk from my house to Hampton Court Train Station).

(& It is approx. a 30-min. Train journey into Central London, to Waterloo).

My spare Double Bedroom is located at the back of my house - overlooking my pretty garden, & it is very quiet & peaceful. It contains a Double Bed, a Double Wardrobe, full-length Mirror, a Chest of Drawers, a Bedside Table & 2 new Bedside Lamps. (& It also has brand new double-glazed windows, with new White Wooden Shutters).

- Fibre-Optic Broadband/Wi-Fi
- Washing Machine

- Shared use of my lovely high-end & bespoke Bathroom & Kitchen, & also my Diningroom.

- All bills included. (Except for Landline Telephone).

- I also have a pretty garden, which you are welcome to use. (& There are a couple of different tables & chairs, etc.).

You would have your own (brand new) Smart TV (with 8-day playback & Internet connection) up on the wall in the Diningroom.

(& I would have the sole use of my Sittingroom).

About me:-
I am a very clean & tidy person, + very 'house-proud' = Hence, I am looking for someone who is also clean & tidy (like myself), & will respect my beautiful home.

(& Someone who is happy to muck in with cleaning, & take it in turns to clean the house, or if not, then is happy to pay for a Cleaner to come in & do your share).

I am a friendly & sociable person, but I do also like my own 'space' & privacy, as well.

I fly for an International Airline & I am often away/abroad with work. So, you will get my house all to yourself a fair bit + get your own 'space' & privacy.

(However, with me being away/abroad with work = comes certain responsibilities - in remembering to close windows & lock doors, + turn off electrical appliances & lights before leaving my house & going to work, as well as keeping my house clean & tidy, etc.).

ps. Lastly,
I should also mention - I have a gorgeous 'fluffy' Pedigree Cat. (She is 3 years of age). & She is "the love of my life". She does use the Cat Flap in my back door in the Kitchen, & she is very friendly & has a lovely personality.

However, if you do not like Cats or you are allergic = It would not suit you.
