Beautifully refurbished one-up one-down annex sits independently in the garden of our 14th century farmhouse. With a king size bed upstairs and a sofabed in the living area it is ideal for renting by a single person or couple. Freshly decorated in restful tones, it has a shower room and well equipped kitchenette. A private patio in the garden, alongside a pond makes a great place for breakfast in the summer. The village of Effingham boasts two pubs, a row of shows with baker/butcher/hardware store, and trains to London Waterloo (45 mins).
There is parking for one car on shared private driveway or on The Street.
