This new one bedroom flat is the entire first floor of a house. It is self contained and recently re-furbished. The rooms are spacious, bright and airy and include a double bedroom, lounge, kitchen and bathroom.

I’m looking for a down to earth, easy going, clean and quiet lodger. I don’t mind whether you are male or female or what age. For me it is much more about the right fit.

The house is situated in a quiet residential road with plenty of street parking. Five minute drive to Effingham Junction train station which is on a direct line to London Waterloo/Victoria. 10-15 minute drive to Leatherhead / Guildford.

PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO TV LICENSE AT THIS PROPERTY. (but if you want to bring a TV to watch Amazon, Netflix etc then no problem)
