The house is situated in a quiet residential road with plenty of street parking. Five minute drive to Effingham Junction train station which is on a direct line to London Waterloo/Victoria. 10-15 minute drive to Leatherhead / Guildford.

Please note that the kitchen is currently being re-furbished, but will be fully fitted.
