Beautiful Maisonette in the heart of Egham

Lovely maisonette with a great location. For professional reasons we are leaving Egham and we have to find someone to take over our contract from the 7th of June, we are very sad to leave this house, it is truly a great place to live!
Located just behind Tesco, 4 mins walk to the train station and a 25 min walk to RHUL.
Looking for a student or professional (1 or 2 people is ok, the house is a great fit for a couple).
Bills are approximately 70 pounds with the current internet and energy supplier.
Some furniture is gone now, bed is ours but we can arrange something or the landlady will provide extra furniture.

Initially, you would be filling in until the 6th of September but with the possibility to extend the contract.
Bills are around 70£ with current suppliers (internet, gas, electricity). If you are a professional then you will be liable to pay council tax.
