A lovely and clean house ideally located between RHUL, Egham train station and town centre. RHUL students only.
Hands on and friendly local landlady, a member of the National Residential Landlord Association (NRLA). Tenancy is managed according to conduct codes of the NRLA, with tenancy agreement and inventory report adopting NRLA standard templates.
Three rooms are available for rent from 1st July 2025.
The house has four bedrooms. Students who rent the rooms tend to stay till they leave RHUL. The ground floor double room is currently taken by an English student. Three other students are leaving in June 2025, so I am looking for three sensible and tidy students to take the rooms in the summer.
Twice cleaning service of the common area per month is included in rent. Water and Wi-fi bills are included in rent too.
The landlady will attend the garden every 3 weeks in the growing season.

- new boiler and plumbing system installed in 2022, with powerful shower;
- washing machine & dryer (Oct 2021);
- fridge/freezer (Mar 2023)
- 2 spacious living areas for dining and socialising;

- garden sheds for extra storage;
- water & Wifi bills are included. Tenants to pay Gas & electricity. Full time students are exempt from council tax but proof of student ID is required.
