I am a live-in landlord, looking for a professional or postgraduate/PhD student who loves nature, sustainable living, and wants a place that fosters a family community. We are offering is a large double room facing the back garden that has a private toilet available.

You will hear birds singing and might see fox playing, the badgers looking for grubs, deer eating the foliage, mischievous squirrels jumping from tree to tree, and loads of birds that visit.
