Outside there is the private driveway and a lovely rear garden to enjoy a glass of wine or a cold beer after a stressful day at work.
The communal areas will be cleaned regularly at no extra cost, and all bills, water, gas, electricity, TV license and Wi-Fi are included in the rent. The council tax is not included. There are no hidden costs. If you would like Sky TV this would be an additional cost.
