Beautiful double room for the next academic year

I am looking for a housemate for a bright and lovely house in the centre of Egham that is located in walking distance from the university, Tesco, and a bus stop. I am a postgraduate student at RHUL, and I am going to be the only other flatmate in the house.
The house has a nice garden, all amenities, and a beautiful living room. The rent includes water bills. The house has a broadband connection (not included in the bill), a storage heating system, and no gas.

The available double room is located on the second floor. It is an amazing house, and I didn’t have any issues while living there last year.
