I have both hosted and travelled for many years, so have set this room up with everything I would look for if I was staying somewhere - including a comfortable double bed, a lounge area with 2-seater sofa, an office desk and desk chair, a 32" flat screen tv, good wifi and a leafy south-facing view from the window. There is also a radiator, a chest of drawers, a large storage cupboard and an additional hanging rail for more clothes.

In the kitchen you will have your own cupboards, fridge and freezer compartments, kitchen cooking accessories, saucepans, frying pan, cutlery, cups, glasses, and chopping board. There are even two ovens for us to share. Everything is set up to allow you privacy and independence.

The house is situated in a cul-de-sac conveniently located a short walk from Egham town centre and the train station, the Royal Holloway courtesy bus stop & the new leisure centre. There is parking in a public bay directly in front of the house.

I am a friendly and respectful person who has hosted lodgers and Airbnb guests for over a decade.

All bills included, washing machine and dryer available for additional charge.
