Double room available from July and Aug

I'm a young female working/studying, so I would ideally like a female student to share the house with.

Ideally a housemate who's tidy, quiet, friendly, and considerate of others.
The house is close to Royal Holloway university and Windsor Great Park.

The rooms are fully furnished and bills are included in the rent.

Two rooms will become available over the summer of 2025. Ideally looking for a housemate who’s looking to rent for the next academic term (one year contract).

Please note, I have a cat at home, so hoping my housemate would be okay with a cat at home.
