I'm a young female working and studying, looking for a student female housemate to share the house with.
There are two rooms, single rooms is available from September for a 12 months contract.
A spacious double room, available immediately, for short term let.

The fully furnished room is close to Royal Holloway University and Windsor Great Park.

Single room rent is £600 per month, which includes all bills.
Double room rent is £800 per month, which includes all the bills.

Ideal housemate would be a student who’s tidy, considerate of others, friendly, non - smoker and values a calm, peaceful home environment.

I have a cat at home, so you’ll need to be happy living with a pet.
