2 Double rooms available in Egham

Two large double rooms with meals (breakfast and evening meal) included, separate living room for the rooms.

All rooms are located on the first floor (upstairs not ground floor) so access is limited to anyone with difficulties in using stairs.
Both rooms are furnished and come with breakfast and an evening meal included 7 days per week. Breakfast is cereal, toasts, tea and coffee etc, we supply all of this but you make it and eat it and the evening meals are standard foods such as Casseroles, Lasagnes, Chilli, Curry, Chicken based meals mostly, fish and chips on a Friday, roast dinner on a Sunday and the like which we make for you. If you have any special dietary requirements this is probably not for you. Food is bought to the living room and can be heated up using facilities. All washing up etc will be collected and done for you.
All bills, council tax etc are included in this of course as is internet.
Each room will be vacuumed twice a week for you and your bedding changed weekly, bedding included.
I will also wash and dry your clothes twice a week if you require this.

Room 1 is a large double with built in wardrobes and draws, kingsize bed, TV. £800 per month or £184 per week

Room 2 is also double with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws, television chair etc. £800 per month or £184 per week

There is a small living room with two chairs, TV etc for use by the occupants of the two double rooms only.

Both can be rented together also as a 2 bedrooms (and the living room) if someone is interested in that. £1200 per month or £277 per week

It's a room rent agreement with a £500 deposit and first months rent £800 per room or £500 deposit and £1200 for both rooms, required before moving in. These are available from July 6th.

The bathroom is shared and cleaned daily, there are two toilets.

No smoking or overnight guests and no businesses to be ran from the property or any sort of illegal activity are allowed.

No agencies please.

You must be working but please be aware if you are working shifts this is a residential neighbourhood so there would be normal noise levels so it may not be ideal if you are a light sleeper. There are no schools or anything close for added noise just the usual that you would expect in these areas. Parking outside with no permits required.
Both Egham and Staines town centre are around a 25 minute walk and there are shops locally within 10 mins.
