IQ pad room

Hello, I am a current tenant and I am looking for someone to replace me in this contract. The room is a 13.5m^2 ensuite with private bathroom and shared kitchen with 5 other people. There is a small double bed, wardrobe and work area and bookshelf next to the window. The rent includes all the bills (electricity, heating, water, etc...) and maintanence (apart from tenant's accidents or extra cleaning). You'll also have access to all IQ facilities including a common space, laundry area and gym.
