Good size double room and own living room in Egham

We have a good sized double room to let in a family home in Egham. Breakfast and evening meals supplied, all bills, wifi etc included as well as laundry. Shared bathroom and your own small living room also. Will ideally suit a working person but we are open to most situations however after a very bad experience there will definitely be no overnight guests allowed other than by previous agreement. Its a 3 bed semi in a suburban setting, no special disabled access and accommodation is on the first floor.
