Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy. The property is located on high street on Stoneylands road. It is a two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms and a living room. This advertisement is for one of the rooms shown in the pictures. 6 months rent has to be paid upfront plus the deposit of 980 pounds which is refundable by the end of the tenancy if the tenant causes no damages. The initial payment would total to £5885 & the contract length is 12 months. Please inbox me if anyone is interested.
