Bright bedroom near Egham station from August 1st

This room is perfect for a young professional who wants to live near Egham train station (30 second walk away), 3 minute walk from town centre with Tesco and Waitrose. The room itself is airy with alot of sun coverage in the day, you would also have an exclusive use bathroom next door (not en-suite but one step away from the bedroom door) as I have my own en-suite. The bathroom has its own bath and separate shower. The kitchen is modern, fully furnished and the fridge/freezer space is large enough to sufficiently split for two. The communal living room is homely with a large TV already in there plus some fish. It is only a two bed flat so it'll just be us two. I am looking for someone who is tidy, open to sharing the communal area and just easy to get on with.
