Large Double Room in Egham

We're looking for a new housemate to join our friendly home in Egham for 4 months. 1st of September to 1st of January whilst someone is away travelling. The room is a spacious, bright double and comes furnished. PLEASE NOTE WE CAN BE FULLY FLEXIBLE AROUND MOVE IN DATES. You can move in earlier too.

**About the house:**
- Large, well-maintained garden, modern kitchen fit with a dishwasher, cozy living room, large walk-in rainfall shower.
- 10-minute walk to Egham Station, 5 minutes to the town center, and 20 minutes to Royal Holloway
- You'll be sharing with two girls and one guy, we are a mix of 1 Spanish guy and 2 British girls, all young professionals in our early to mid-20s. Only one person works from home 2-3x a week.

We're a chilled and quiet house-everyone mostly does their own thing, but we're friendly and the vibe here is easygoing and welcoming. We're looking for a postgrad/undergrad/young professional who's similar.

**Rent:** £600 a month (bills not included). Bills Approx. £140-170 per month.
